We create completely custom experiences for you and your family and friends. Each experience tells the story of its place and the people who are there gathered. We cook exclusively over fire and select the best that Vermont has to offer in fruits, vegetables and meat. This rustic style of dining embraces the ancestral essence of community and family by encouraging everyone to gather around a central Hearth and share in the abundance the land has to offer.

We are simple folks. From homesteaders and pan smiths, to carpenters and musicians, Mothers and children, to farmers and Chefs, our crew is an eclectic bunch that loves food and the Earth it comes from. We enjoy nourishing our families and friends, and we care about what we eat.

Our Head Chef, Jesse Kaufman, lived for 14 years in Brazil where he became passionate about traditional South American fire cooking styles of Churrasco and Asado.

We marry farming and fire. We see our kitchen as the tip of the spear for farmers; a place to showcase, share and support the best of local, and seasonal ingredients.

With a little salt and fire for seasoning, we hope to put the taste of the land on full display.
